Set between San Miguel and Santa Gertrudis, with a lush farm-to-table menu, stunning terrace, beautiful boutique and stylish exhibition space, Aubergine Ibiza offers a relaxed and rural spot for islanders to enjoy. In summer 2018, the exhibition spaces hosts some of the island’s best artists, including Italian-born, Ibiza-based artist Simona Marziani.

Marziani has called the island her home since 1997 and cites her love of nature and travel as inspiration for her art pieces.

Using a wide variety of different techniques, she has been experimenting with different mediums and methods of expression, including collage and different media with abstract and expressive touches.

The result is the collection shown at Aubergine Ibiza in summer 2018.
