The villa is 730m² , completly furnished with new high quality design furniture. Lounge spacious areas designed for whole groups in mind, and also several well crafted little nooks to easily find privacy when desired.

Seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces, walls of glass slide away offering each floor of this house multiple functions and visual dimension. The living room and kitchen expand unto the balcony providing a unified sense of spaciousness. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, plenty of counter space as well as multiple refrigerators.

The villa has 8 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

On the first floor, there are also two large bedrooms with 200x200cm super king size beds.

One bedroom has three-quarter bathroom with shower and toilet; the other has a full bath with a shower,  toilet and a bathtub. The rooms have direct access to the patio and pool as well as a fantastic ocean view.

The other two bedrooms can be accessed from outdoors. They each have 180x200cm king size beds and a bathroom of their own, with a shower and toilet.

You can access the final two bedrooms one ground floor, near the entrance. These bedrooms have a separate shower and a toilet, 200x200 super king size beds and views overlooking the sea.

The 350 m² rooftop terrace is beautifully landscaped, with a 14x7m  pool that equates to a front row seat to a 360” panoramic view of the mesmerizing sea from sunrise to sun-set.

There are many relaxation areas and patios. In addition, two additional chambers: one has a 160x200cm queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub.

The other bedroom can be accessed via the patio and a set of stairs. This bedroom has a 180x200cm king size bed and a separate shower and toilet.

The villa can accommodate as many as 14 or even 16 guests, prices are available on request.
