CLAUSE 4 – ASSURANCES

The Tenant declares that it has subscribed a liability policy which guarantees itself against possible pecuniary consequences of civil liability during the period of occupancy of the Property. The liability insurance must protect THE TENANT and its guest in the property.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Cancellations from both parties must be in writing reported by e-mail to the agency. The date will determine the cancellation expenses according to the following scale: We recommend you to subscribe, a travel insurance with your insurance agent.

If, after your booking is confirmed, you wish to amend your booking we will try to accommodate these changes, but it may not always be possible. If you cancel your booking we will use our reasonable endeavors to allocate the property to another booking with the same rental period but that might not always be possible. We recommend that you take out a private travel insurance to cover such event.
The downpayment paid at time of reservation is not refundable unless a new booking for the same period is confirmed. There is in any case a charge of 10% of the total of the rental.
The property can cancel the reservation up to 30 days before check-in.
